Take your time to recover fully.......the next run isn't going anywhere without you.

You have my sympathy, my week 9 was sabotaged by injury then a cold. Don't rush it, get healthy, you don't want a longer layoff, you're doing great

Same as steviej99. Out for 10 days due to non-running injury. Started again at 12 min run- all okay so increased to 24 before doing W9r1 again. Hope all goes well.

The runs will wait... recover from the illness, here’s hoping it’s a 24 hour bug.

Sorry to hear you're under the weather but in the long run (pun intended) even if you take a few days to get properly better you can still finish the programme in 2018 and start 2019 with that 'Graduate' tag next to your name! Good luck!
