So I deliberately ran fairly slow today and felt really comfortable at 28 minutes (just over 4K) so I carried on to see if I could run 5k - finally hit it at 38 minutes. My splits were all around 7:30 min/km so at least I stayed consistent π just needed to prove to myself I could run the distance - Iβll work on the pace for week 9 to try and get it under 30 mins. But I canβt quite believe I just ran 5K ππ₯³ππ»ββοΈπ πΎπ

Well done. I keep wondering if I'll make it to 5k in 30 minutes. I'm just starting week 7 and I imagine the temptation will be there once in week 8 and running 28 minutes just to keep going to 30 and see how far I've gone.
