After Shredded Wheat and a banana for breakfast, I did 5 mins on the exercise bike before setting off on my session. I was feeling really comfortable. I timed each 5min jog and was pleased to find I’m on 11.6 min per mile pace.......very pleased with that, here’s hoping I can maintain it! 😊
