Finally 5k

So I graduated at the end of July and was running just under 4K in 30 minutes. Then with the hot August I found I was not running 3 times a week but I was running at least once a week. Last Monday I finally did 5K in just over 40 minutes. But today I managed it in under 40 minutes which included running on the spot for 20 seconds whilst I talked to someone I had not seen since Lockdown. Normally meet him on the train to work. Feeing very pleased with myself.
