Graduated today after faithfully following the great training plan. It was very taxing but ultimately doable for an oldie like me. Really enjoyed my running and plan to continue. Thanks for all the good advice you all give.

Congratulations on your graduation 👩🎓 fellow runner! It’s an amazing achievement whatever your age 👏👏👏👍. I’m 66, Nanny of 6 and never ran before, either. I can’t quite believe I did it - and I’m still running. I just completed my 15th consolidation run this morning!

Haha, yes, there is that! My oldest two grandsons go running, but they are so fast they would leave me for dust! 😆
