Graduated today after faithfully following the great training plan. It was very taxing but ultimately doable for an oldie like me. Really enjoyed my running and plan to continue. Thanks for all the good advice you all give.

Really if I can do it so can you, nana of 2, and never a runner born in the early 50’s !,,

Congratulations on your graduation 👩‍🎓 fellow runner! It’s an amazing achievement whatever your age 👏👏👏👍. I’m 66, Nanny of 6 and never ran before, either. I can’t quite believe I did it - and I’m still running. I just completed my 15th consolidation run this morning!
