Running Knickers and Lycra

Has anyone found the perfect pair of running knickers? My current ones are NOT a good luck under running leggings. It's a First World Problem I know but even so....

I use Bridget Jones style, full briefs.

My choice is M and S (other shops are available), NVP style. They are wide enough under the important parts and therefore they stay put!

For long runs I use Runderwear pants.

😂 I just try and make sure my t-shirts are long enough. I’m sure when I do run it all goes to pot!

Loads like these, and on 3 for 2. Variations on design but basically these. Black and white generally, although there are some cream and a pinky coral too. I’ve had mine for ages
