Well after week 1 run 1 I felt physically sick and thought “I am NEVER going to be able to do this!” Now about 12-13 weeks later here we are, completed my third 30 minute run tonight! Feeling very proud of myself. I have had a knee injury and seemed stuck on week 6 run 1 forever! With the help of knee supports, ankle support and shoe insoles (which were brilliant) I have finally got there. Yippeeee 😀
