Tired but happy!

We did a long walk on Sat (10 miles) so it was very tiring doing the next run today (Mon). We run at a park and have to walk 10 minutes to get home afterwards, and I was a bit shaky and had a sit down halfway but got home and drink and snack was all it took to recuperate!

🥳 Sounds like you’ve been busy, that’s some serious walking I know I did a 10 mile walk yesterday. Despite the tired you did it though! Make sure to hydrate and eat something that might also be why you were wobbly. You can always take an extra rest day if you need.

I think you're right. We are considering taking a bag with water and emergency chocolate to leave at the park we run at for when we finish - but expendable bottles so if someone did walk off with it it would be fine (it's an open sports field so should be safe enough).
