So hubby up & off early for his first Park Run (completed in 32.20!). I decided to try a change of venue, so after dropping daughter at work, headed to a local park. What a difference! It was lovely running round the pond, watching the ducks and geese, running in the shade of the trees then bursting out into the sunshine to run round the open grassy areas. Loads of paths to try out, so no two laps the same. Most importantly.... NO STITCH! Ran for the full 25mins and to be honest, could probably have kept going a bit longer - bring on Week 8!!! Home for breakfast now - not sure what helped on the stitch front, but long may it last π

Sounded fabulous - what a gorgeous place to run and you sound like you felt really comfortable - well done and well done to Hubby too!
That looks like a lovely place to run. Maybe the shelter from the trees helped you relax hence no stitch ππ
