Week 4 next and really looking forward to it. In the middle of a house move at the moment and so not got time to same much. Really surprised/ proud at myself for running this AM after a 18 hour day yesterday including 8 hours of driving --Damn I must be getting the running bug :-)

Yep, definitely the running bug, and about the same time as I caught it too.

Sorry, I must be contagious. 😷

Are you allowed to use the word "contagious"so flipantly in these current times? :-)

It's OK. I'm distanced 5 weeks from you. 😁

Should I have looked at the spreadsheet just now? That is a big jump from 9 minutes of running to 16 minutes. I was hanging at the end of the last three minutes today. I almost wish that Jo hadn't butted in and told me that there was 60 seconds to go at the end of the last running rep. But sod it I'll just go out there and smash it on Monday, just go much slower,---I hope :-)

I know some people don’t like to look but my brain is much calmer when I know what’s around the corner! There’s a lot of emphasis on W5 being the ‘bad’ week but from what I’ve read it’s definitely W4 that’s the real biggy!

But hey - you’re ready for it. Just remember to hold back at the beginning even if it feels like you couldn’t possibly be moving any slower! You can always power through at the end! 💪🏼💥 good luck!

Bit of a two edged sword that :-) Big up week 4 why don't you. But then you are positive. I am really smiling at your response. I am in the flip flop zone of "Yeah no worries" going "Whoa F*"K". Yipes!!!! He He He Ha Ha Ha

Ha ha! By Monday you’ll have thought about it so much you’ll be so pumped and/or just want it over! Either way - You will NAIL IT!

Not what you're looking for?
