It's amazing how we self doubt but on every run we surprise ourselves.
Keep those positive thoughts rolling. You will try and you will succeed.

I start wk 4 on Monday too! Feeling nervous but Iβm giving it a go, this time last week I thought I couldnβt run for 3 minutes but I proved myself wrong!!
