Hello, I'm probably not the best to give you diet tips , although I did drop 1/2 stone during the program .

But other advice would be to read the guide for the program, do the dynamic warm up excercises and the after run stretches , always have at least one day off between runs , drink lots o of water 2.5 to 3 litres a day (even on non Running days ) and keep all the runs slow enough so you could speak full sentences while running without gasping for breath.

Oh, and enjoy it !

Trust the program, IT WORKS ! 😬

Keep coming here asking questions and you will get a lot of advice and support .

Just keep going out now doing the runs ! 😬👍

Hi! And well done for taking the hardest step, deciding to do it!

I echo everything Instructor57 says... i made the mistake of not doing a proper warm up!

I'm repeating wk1 runs as I struggled with the running bit..

I would add though... if you dont feel ready for wk2, you can redo wk1, i know once I've redone it I'll be ready for wk2 xx

Good luck 💪💪

PS. my picture is how I felt when I completed my first full work out... very very happy!!

I’ve just started too. I’m just gonna see how many sessions I can do before crying 😂

Pick your 3 run days and stick to them unless there’s something where you have to swap like a hurricane 🤣

Slow down and slow down again as the intervals get longer.

Don’t look at your pace and distance.

Hydrate well the day before a run.

Don’t repeat a run you completed, even if it was hard: trust the programme, it works.
