I've decided I prefer running in the rain, rather than getting wet from my own sweat! 😂
Tough one today as I had to buy new trainers, although they are very comfy.
Dreading W5R1 but what's the worst that can happen! 🤮🤮

Don’t waste your energy dreading it. (I chose not to look ahead because it was so off putting- I just switched on the app/ podcast & went!) Go very slowly & gently & you will be fine. 😄
