So i was going really well with C25K! Got to week 5 run 1 still was really enjoying but with the heat last week and not having child care I havent been now in nearly two weeks! I miss it but im scared to go again will i have to re start? I need advice!? Help please cause i want to get back into the routine!

You shouldn't loose much fitness in 2 weeks .
I had 16 days off after week 8 run 1 due to injury and then did week 8 run 2.
All you can do is go out and try your next run , if you complete it then great, if you don't then treat it as s practice run 😁

As stated in the guide to the plan, healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.
After that loss of condition is gradual.
All any of us can do after a lay off is to go out and see what we can comfortably manage, then build back up gently, using C25k or something similar as a guide to weekly increase.

You should be ok, just take it slow. Go with a positive mindset.
The worst case is you don’t make it through the run, well guess what, it was just a practice.

Well done on getting to week 5.as there's have said missing a couple weeks is no problem. Just remember to pace yourself when you venture out again. So no you won't need to restart.
