Just come back from my W4R3. I was really looking forward to this run but all thro the run I had a stitch and really struggled. But I still did it but slow. So now I don't know if to repeat W4R3 or go onto week 5.

Who do you think?

I would say carry on to the next week! The fact that you were still able to run with a stitch is amazing!

You can always repeat week 5 run 1 if you struggle :)

Thanks x

If you did it, you did it. Move on but keep it slow. You should feel good you kept going despite the stitch.

I had a stitch today too, on week 6, but I'm still planning to continue the program. Slow and steady, I keep chanting in my head! Good on you for carrying on!
