Hi guys, my name is Joe Smith and I am looking for participants to help with my undergraduate dissertation. My research is based on people's experiences of using the NHS CouchTo5k and you will be required to fill out a reflective diary each week and a semi-structured interview post program to gather an understanding on your C25K experience.

I'm assuming you need people at the start of their C25K journey?
Ideally, or individuals that are only a few weeks into the program as they may be able to remember their experiences of the first few weeks for the diary. Thanks for the response and congrats on graduating!

Unfortunately I need participants around the start to 3 weeks in due to the reflective journal requiring participants to recall their early experiences. But i am very appreciative for the offer and good luck for the rest of the program.

I would have loved to join in but I started in April, only found this forum in May and graduated in June. I did keep a diary of my progress and have some posts on here, but I actually have far more posts in my replies section where I have replied to other people's posts. Feel free to delve in. Did you want a range of different ages?
Thanks for the response, it'a nice to see the research is gathering interest. Well done on finishing the program, and for offering to use your profile. I currently am using two alternative data collection sources but i am grateful for the offer. I am open to any ages also, thanks again.
