This morning's run was quite hard bit i do feel it was more mentally not so much physically. Next run is 20 minutes straight..... what?! I will obviously push through but wow, I'll be so pleased at the end of that run!

I'm the same just back from w5r2 and in the second run really think I found my rhythm as everything clicked...thinking last run of 20 mins may kill me though!!!!!

Yes you will... that 20 minutes is also a mental challenge. You’ve just done a 21 minute heart rate up workout... next you have a 20. Trust the plan, believe in yourself, and go nice and slow.
