Tonight, on a cold, windy, rainy evening, I ran my graduation run and I am so proud of myself!
I never thought I would be able to stick to the plan and see it through to the end, but here I am, 9 weeks later, running for 30 minutes!
For anyone else having doubts, don't. The plan really does work if you follow it correctly.
Looking forward to continuing with running and seeing what lies ahead ☺️

Congratulations on your graduation. Have a well earned day of rest and then run again. The first run after graduation is mentally hard to do as you have suddenly lost your long term goal. I'm a week ahead of you having graduated last Saturday and I skipped Monday as the weather was so bad. Fortunately I'm back on track doing 30 mins, 5 k, 30 mins runs weekly as my new target. Again Well done.

That is marvellous! I am half way through and feeling invigorated. Just wish I had started this in the summer months as dark running is a bit off- putting!

Fantastic! Congratulations on a great accomplishment. I am currently on wk 7. I remember how tough the 5 minute runs were and now I’m doing 25. I started this program as an overweight 60 yr old lady. To anyone just starting, yes you CAN do this.
