What a journey! I had a few bad weeks were I had to do a few repeat runs due to injury, but today, finally, I graduated. I’m so chuffed.🙂.

Congratulations! 🏆
How did the earlier weeks go?
The start of the journey was tough, I struggled with breathing and at times thought I would never complete it, but I tried to get into a routine with set running days. I had dreadful cramp in my calf, which took longer to heal than I had anticipated. Just as that healed I hurt my back. I guess the lesson I learnt was never give up! Resilience 🙂
