As I am a very goal oriented person (like accomplishing through this programme isn’t going to be enough 🤣) in a moment of madness I signed up me and The Husband to this 5k run in Southampton as part of Movember. The Husband is a lapsed runner but this should still be a breeze for him. His capacity will be entirely supportive to me of course 😁👍🏻🤞

I signed up to a 5k virtual sponsored run 2 weeks after graduation. It certainly kept me focused! 😲🥵😂 It felt like a great achievement tho. Good luck! 🏃♀️

You have inspired me 😁 I am W4 and was wondering how to keep my motivation beyond the end of C25K. Now just waiting for pay day and then my 15 year old and I are going to sign up for the Southampton Movember 5k and my 10 year old daughter (who normally hates exercise) is going to do the 1.5k mini-mo! Thank you
