Ey up! Just started C25K again. Any repeaters??

Hi - new to the forum but not the programme! I still use the original 2012 'Laura' podcasts. Have started the programme lots of times and completed previously twice - most recently in 2018. Clearly I have a commitment problem!

Any tips for staying with the plan and then keeping up the running after the 5K is achieved?

Any other serial re-starters out there?

Thanks and good luck to us all :-))

Good Luck with it, there is loads of good advice on this forum, especially from the admin people, and you will see lots of returners :)

This forum is really supportive so hopefully there will be lots of suggestions throughout your running journey to help keep you motivated. I’ve struggled a bit after the structure of the program ended but there’s the Consolidation club, the C25K + podcasts, MMD’s weekly virtual 5k and the bridge to 10K to take advantage of to help keep you going. Good luck 😊

Consolidation Club sounds good as does a virtual 5K - thanks 👍

Welcome! 😄 Enjoy your revisit of the program - I think repeating it is relaxing and enjoyable because you know that you can do it- & you will be stronger. I have repeated C25K several times because I have had so many bloomin’ glitches!🙄

Lots of support on here for every part of your journey. After consolidation I did the timed version of Magic 10 on the Bridge to 10k forum- it kept me happily focused. 😄
