After 11 days off tomorrow I will run again, starting week 6
I'm a bit worried that I'll struggle and it will have a negative effect on me. I finished week 5 on such a positive and feeling so good with what I had achieved.
I'm pleased it's a run with intervals, a bit of a gentle step back in, I hope!
One thing I have noticed with having this short time off is how much I've missed it and I've really notice the good it had done for me. Although I'm slow and only half way through the program I've really noticed the health benefits physically and mentally
I'm looking forward to tomorrow and going out again, I'm just a little nervous how I'll cope and feel afterwards

I know, I'm over thinking it. I'm looking forward to it, which I never thought I'd say!! I'm a little intrigued to see how well/bad I do, to see what effect the previous weeks have done for me and how quickly I can get back into it
Part of me is worried I'll be back to week 1 (I know that's daft)
That’s the same thing I’m worried about, I’ve been on the injury bench for just over a week now, I’m going out tonight to do my final run of week 8 , good luck with your run and just take it easy
Aww sounds like you’ve got the balance just right and had a lovely week! 👌💕
