Week 3 run 3 this morning, my first (so far) bad run. A few reasons for this
1. The coaching/guidance was pretty disrupted (phone alarm went off during 90 second run and stopped app, headphones then died also during this 90 second run). Tried to stick to timings as far as I could but think I may have ended up doing about 2-3 minutes on this section.
2. The last part of my usual route was covered in a wet mossy blanket, following heavy rain yesterday. This happened to be where I needed to complete my last 3 minute run, but was so slippy it was very stop/start.
3. Aching muscles!!! Following my last run on Saturday I completed a 150 squat workout. Incredibly stupid of me, as my leg, back and other muscles have been horrendously achy since.
I *think* I may just chalk this up to experience and proceed onto week 4 since I did pretty much complete the runs as expected today, unless it would be more beneficial to repeat this one?
