I just completed the 1st run of week 6, i was expecting it to be a bit easier, but i covered so much ground without trying harder, in less time and still had something in the tank! I just feel so positive. I have been drinking more* and as my recovery from excercise has been slow i hstarted taking creatine, which i think helped.
Music also helped, as Laura told me i had just 60seconds left of the 8 minute turn, the pace of Phantom of the Opera changed to the bit that goes Duhdihdihduhd duhduhdehdeh, Duhdihdihduhd duhduhdehdeh, then the lead guitar kicks in.
I am talking about Iron Maiden, not the musical, not a fan but that one song is worth most of Andrew Lloyd Webbers entire career.
*Editing in that by drinking I mean more water, not alcohol. I am not saying my increased alcohol helped me recover faster.
