I graduated a few days a go and have not managed to consolidate my runs. The weather has become wet and as a result the park I used to run in is also very wet. It has no path just grass. I’m reluctant to run on the road so I don’t know where else to run. The streets/roads are also steep around where I live. Any advice will be welcomed

Those of us who run off road are used to wet feet........they soon dry.

I also live in a very hilly area and some of the streets near me make me panic at the thought of running on them. You do get used to the hills as your muscles get stronger, although I completely understand you wanting to avoid them!
If the grass is too slippery and a complete no go, why not try some tester routes on the streets? You've completed- your routes don't all have to be 30mins you can allow yourself some exploring time. Forget about PBs or start new ones for hill/street running. Imagine the freedom you'll have in the future being able to run so many more places.
Good luck
