Well, I started WK8 with R1 this morning in light haze. Then the rain came which was nice and cool. As I ran, I loved watching the wildlife, the sheep sitting down in the field, and the horse with big teeth tucking into its breakfast. I saw little snails taking shelter, and some worms breaking their shelter; luckily the birds had flown away scared by me puffing and panting as I passed by. I finished the run and was so pleased and as I walked briskly back, having enjoyed seeing all of the insects and animals, a bee decided it’d had enough of getting stuck between my running shoe and my sock, i’ve no idea how it got there, so it extracted it’s retribution! Ankle now like a ping pong ball.......but I still loved it all! Thanks Couch to 5K, bring on the next run, and oh! i’ll try next time to avoid the bees!

Ouch! I saw loads of wasps on my run the other day and was praying they didn’t think I was running from them and start chasing me 😂 luckily I was fine, sounds painful!
