Tried to conquer this little baby on Wednesday, but failed due to external stresses.

Today was a different story! The body said yes, the breathing wasn't so sure, but it was poetry in motion (in my mind at least, maybe not so quiet from the viewers pov! ;D)

Good run for you Schmeelsy71, glad you conquered what you call week 7 run 2, this little baby, they are quads, there are 4/25 minute runs, the first is run 3 of week 6, the other three are week 7.

Run 3 of week 6 is 25 minutes.

Run's 1, 2 and 3 of week 7 are all 25 minutes, all I meant by using the word quads was the number four meaning that their are four runs of twenty five minutes. 😊
