At 6.30am this morning in my local park... after 9 weeks... I completed Couch to 5k! So pleased with myself and yes, I will keep going! Starting to eye up possible 5k, 10k or even half marathons when those return.

Thanks especially to my running companion, Jo Whiley... couldn’t have done it without you!
