After my last post on Week 2, Run 3 where I had a really hard run today I expected worst but I'm glad to say I got through it. Perhaps not with flying colours but I did it and very happy that I did. The answer - Pace! And the trick to managing that? Slower music

I’m nervous/excited for it!
I had to stop listening to the podcasts as the running music made me run way too fast and I couldn’t breath! Atm I run in silence as I don’t want it to happen again 🤣
