Felt good and kept on going. It may be slow but it’s my first ever 5k run completed. To say I’m feeling chuffed is an understatement!
Started the program on 3rd July and couldn’t imagine running for this long. Lost 3.5 stone since last October, and still a couple of stone to go, couple of lb until I’m no longer obese. If I can do it anyone can!!
No question, I just had to share my joy 😂

Thanks, 6 minutes short of the 30 mins but well chuffed with my progress! My last (and longest and fastest run) was 28 mins for 2.45 miles. I had fresh legs today and felt like I could keep going so did! X
We are all capable of doing way more than our bodies are conditioned to do, but not without increasing our injury risk. Sticking to gently progressive training plans is the safest way to push our limits, whilst gently increasing our resistance to injury.
That’s a brilliant run, well done!!!! Also your weight loss is fantastic- you must feel so much better. What an achievement!!!! Onwards and upwards😀😀😀👍👍👍👏👏👏
