W5R3 - woo hoo

Iwilldothisthisyear profile image

I can't believe that I have managed to jog continuously for 20 minutes after only 5 weeks.

I'm thinking of doing this run a couple more times before moving onto week 6 is that a good idea ?

No need... if you are doing it and are doing it comfortably and happily..then move on, and keep it, as ever steady and slow :)

Well done you...Woo Hoo indeed :)

Thank you - I'm really enjoying it which is really good as I'm not into exercise ( got bored going to the gym)

If you have done the run then move on! The programme is built to pace your progress anyway. Only repeat if you feel you havnt competed a run

Definately move on to Week 6... the program is tried and tested to work and it does!

Well done on a nice and slow W5R3 sounds perfect.😊

I would try W6R1...I did this today but found it harder, but I might not have been in the right head space...I still managed it though. Onwards and upwards, I say.
