Go out early. Before 8am 👍🏽
Yes agree early mornings are good. I did W3R1 this am at 9 and was a pleasure.

i have found that my menopausal tropical moments don’t affect me when i run. Maybe they do buy i am so hoy from running I dont notce😁
As with all things I think you have to find a way around rather than being poleaxed.
Run early, wear damp clothes and take water to pour over your head.
Just to say, there is light at the end of the tunnel and Life after menopause is lovely 😊
Nooooo. I’m doing treadmill to make it easier to plan. My daughter said get up and do the run before work. I said there must be another way I’m not a morning person and I start work at 8
Obviously I’m going to have to get up earlier
