Hi all ... I’ve completed my first 3 runs ... I’ve decided to try this program as I have completed the GNR 3 times in the past but the last time was approximately 3 years which is probably the last run I completed ... I suffer with sciatica and I’ve attended boot camps but my real love is running (once I’ve finished of course) ... so wish me luck hopefully I can graduate to longer runs but I would be more than happy if I can run 30 mins nonstop 3 times a week for the foreseeable 🙌

What a great outlook! Running 30 minutes three times a week would be an awesome habit. No need to say never again to GNR just yet, who knows? But completing couch to 5k would be a great first step to either. Good luck 🙂
