Week 5 of consolidation.... been managing between 4 and 4.5 K. Set out on slow run and finally managed to break the 5 K barrier by running 6K in 49 minutes. A little slow on pace but I got there. Result !

Good run for you today, I see you live in Dunblane, Andy Murray territory, I used to go there by train and then walk along the Allan Water down to Bridge of Allan.
