Week 5 of consolidation.... been managing between 4 and 4.5 K. Set out on slow run and finally managed to break the 5 K barrier by running 6K in 49 minutes. A little slow on pace but I got there. Result !

Faster than your 5k/6k from January though huh? Your happy pace is your happy pace, it’s perfect, not slow 😀

Great job out there... congratulations.

Gosh. That’s fabulous well done. I’m a long way off this and maybe I won’t ever get there but it’s so motivating to see others do it. Hurrah. 👏👏👏👏

Good run for you today, I see you live in Dunblane, Andy Murray territory, I used to go there by train and then walk along the Allan Water down to Bridge of Allan.

6K in 49 minutes is very good, onwards and upwards 🏃🏾 👍
