So graduated 4 weeks ago and have done roughly 2-3 runs per week, however haven’t run for a week due to hubby having an op and having to walk 2 dogs. I usually run early in the morning but ran this evening and couldn’t even last for 10 mins. Carried on running and walking but did a shorter route. I’ve never failed a run (might be slow) but always finish. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi, no you haven't failed is just like Laura says sometimes we have good and bad runs, main thing is you can restart anytime 😉
Anything is better than nothing, I like to run in the mornings too and find it a lot harder at night after a day working. Sometimes I manage a full 5k other times I just do a couple of miles, like I say anything is better than nothing and you are getting exercise taking the dogs out
