So I have never never ever run in my life before .

Started couch to 5k and now the weeks are going fast and already

Just completed week 5 and run (well jog) for 20mins today ......

Well done you! Keep going ! It is a huge challenge and sounds like you’ve cracked it with 20mins in one go. We have just done two 25 mins runs, just try not to leave too long in between! 1-2 days max I would say... 😊

Thanks normally do every other day or Mon Thur and Saturday

But see what suits me and try not to make it a chore and enjoy

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Well done you, l am the same never run in my life but on week 4 run 2 and loving it didn’t think l could do it but amazed myself running for 16 minutes ❤️
