Just completed week 7 I'm still slow at running but I'm doing it that's what counts my breathing is getting better just need my legs stronger but I'll get there I have never run in my life as a couldn't so thank you to c25k for helping me do it

Fantastic you are doing so well, i’m glad you have good lungs as your breathing is ok

I do squats, i started with 10 a day while brushing my teeth in the mornings, now i do 10 stars he never i’m just standing around if at home, sometimes i do 20 lol

A colleague does 80 every day, i tried that and it took too long, but having been doing these for months i’m definitely stronger in the legs

Strength and flex has good ankle and feet exercises too and those put a real spring in my feet

Thank you I'll give them a go. I'm thinking it because of my weight but I'll keep plodding on start week 8 Tuesday 🤩

Well i’m sure it’s easier to run if you are really slim but we can all build those muscles to get us round
