I’ve managed pretty well up to now, even completing the 20 minutes solid run better than I thought I would .... but today’s interval run nearly did me in! This was not helped by the fact that the App stopped working halfway through the 8 minute run, totally threw me and then really struggled to do the final 5 minutes using my watch. QUESTION - how do I register on Couch to 5K app that I have completed W5 R3? It now appears to have jumped to the start of the next run and i can’t tell if it has registered today’s run correctly? Any tips please.

Congratulations on completing the longest workout to date.......the one that catches out many.
Just set the app running while you slob out on the couch............it won't know what you are actually doing.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
If the app isn't working, uninstall then install, you shouldn't lose any of your runs.
