I did W3R2 in rural NW Wales, visiting my parents two weekends ago. It was a beautiful morning and I had the back lanes all to myself.
Hello SuzRun, so pleased you have found the App and this forum, itβs definitely the place to be to achieve your goals and to get lots of tips and advice from others. Do keep posting and letting us all know how youβre getting along. I started in January and am still loving it. Donβt worry about how far you can run during the programme as most people take much longer to run 5 k and running 5k in 30 minutes is still just a dream for many, including me. Enjoy, keep going and if you ever feel you canβt do a run just slow down and you will get there. Happy running π€
