I dragged my boyfriend along today because my confidence was knocked after my struggle last time and that woman’s stupid comment on my last post (now deleted). I also had a very down day anyway so getting out was a debate and thank god I did! I kept my pace more steady this time but probably wasn’t going slow enough, especially to head into the third week but that’s ok I’ll try going even slower next run 🙂. I didn’t use strava as this isn’t about the pace, it’s about the journey and programme. Feeling much happier now. Thanks for everyone’s advice getting me this far ❤️. Hopefully my trainers will be here for week 3 😁 xxxx

Well done 🙌 I’m so sorry you got a confidence-sapping post 😢 Not what this forum is for at all. I haven’t used anything other than the app during this whole challenge. Maybe one day I’ll be interested in how far I go but for me it was all about completing each run as set. You’re doing brilliantly!

Well done! So glad you got out and great you had your boyfriend with you. I did this run much slower too and found it made a massive difference to my stamina and breathing! We are on to week 3!!! (Terrified!). Let us know how the trainers go. I’ve got very old ones so probably will be upgrading too! 😀
