I've Done It!

Not sure how but I've done it, completed the last week 9 run this morning can't believe it! Four months ago I decided that I should do something about my health but wasn't sure how to. The last time I ran any distance had been at school which was a long time ago, sport was never my thing so to get this far has really surprised me. Without the C25K plan or this forum I probably wouldn't have been able to have done this. I know its been said before but it is true that anyone can do this I am proof of that! For anyone thinking of starting the plan you really should, Just get the first 60 seconds under your belt and work up from there. you won't regret it!

Well done, Frany. It's a real achievement.

I had tried to start running by myself but never got very far and owe being able to run now, albeit slowly, entirely to C25K.

Congratulations you must be over the moon, you could also download the three podcasts for the C25k + or there are other plans available for 8k and 10k

Good luck with whatever you decide

That too sounds like a good plan, and I know what you mean about listening to Laura, she does help. Best wishes and good luck with your 5k.
