It does get easier.

Week 5 it all seems to fall into place.

Each step of this brilliant programme, gives you the strength and stamina to go on to the next stage.

Happy running

I'll let you know my verdict on Week 5 on Sunday. Run 1 was a stretch but within my new capabilities.

But seriously, Gymbutnorunner , this programme stretches you just enough each time for you to be able to do the next stage.

Totally agree with the others.

Every run in this amazing plan prepares you for the next

Take your runs slowly, slowly and you will be fine

I'm a gym goer, cross training, spinning walking, rowing all ok. Tried running, always rubbish. But it gets easier and I've just finished week 9!!
