I was scared that I would never be able to run for three minutes but I’ve actually found this week easier than the first two! Apart from the last three minute run today, which was uphill and a killer!

Well done. A few more weeks and you will be running for 30 minutes! You really will! Those hills will make you tough!

I didn’t have much choice, I run with a group and we ended up at a hill. I avoid hills if possible if I’m doing a session on my own lol

Haha, I'd love to run with a group but the local groups times clash with family commitments. Still, well done! It may have been a killer but you did it and will have a bit more confidence when you get to the next hill. 👍

Nicely done. I feel the same about 'Week 3', which I finished this morning. On to 'Week 4' next week, I wish us all good luck with that. 😊
