I was scared that I would never be able to run for three minutes but I’ve actually found this week easier than the first two! Apart from the last three minute run today, which was uphill and a killer!

Well done. A few more weeks and you will be running for 30 minutes! You really will! Those hills will make you tough!

I didn’t have much choice, I run with a group and we ended up at a hill. I avoid hills if possible if I’m doing a session on my own lol
Nicely done. I feel the same about 'Week 3', which I finished this morning. On to 'Week 4' next week, I wish us all good luck with that. 😊
Well done. Hills are a killer but you did it. Week 4 will be easy if you train on hills 💪💪💪💪
