Completed week 9, run 3 this morning. Felt like I was going so slow but I was managing to overtake all the early morning walkers, even the fast ones. I managed 4.24km so happy with that. Thankyou to everyone who posts on this forum, it really helps to stay motivated.

Well done you - dont forget to get your Graduate badge. Enjoy your consolidation runs and remember some people find post grad runs tougher (I did) so be easy on yourself for the next 2 weeks..
