It’s done ✅ the dreaded w5r3!!

I was dreading this run and working myself up about it. But today on a beautiful morning in sunny South Wales along the canal I ran for twenty minutes and at the end of it I cried. My husband who is my rock kept me going and I even managed a thunbs up on last minute!!

So just wanted to say and share that if I can do it anyone can and I truly mean that. Five weeks ago I was thinking 90 seconds was a push but this shows the programme works and we can all do it. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Yay! Well done. Take week 6 carefully - don’t start too fast each day or else it bites.

Well done! It is a real achievement! I still can't believe that in 5 weeks we've built up to 20 mins! Starting week 6 tomorrow.... !
