yess well done!! how was it? I'm coming up to w5r2 so this run is just a couple of days away for me
Surprisingly I found this run easier compared to some of the other runs we’ve done 🤷♂️
However when I realised I had 5 minutes left, I started to struggle and was counting down the time but I just made sure to not give up.
My advice is to not focus on the time and just run. Good luck for when you do it mate!! 👍

Well done. I’m starting w9 and found it gets easier from 6 onwards. The big leaps forward seemed to be in weeks 4&5.

Well done! I found that run so hard that I did week five twice. It was worth it. I graduated on Saturday. Keep on going.

Yay you!! I had to postpone my W5R3 run as had minor op. After 2.5 weeks haved decided to start W5 again to make sure I can build up to the 20 mins! Just did W5R1 this morning, a little hard getting back in. So good to hear when someone cracks this!
