Well done for making a start! You will feel better run by run so stick with it - the program is fantastic and you will be amazed at your progress. So much of it is mind over matter. 🏃‍♀️👏

Woohoo!!! Keep it up!

You may want to get fitted for new shoes if yours are doing your feet in. Good shoes can make a world of difference. A running store can help you find the right ones for you :)

Ouch - your feet are your foundation for running so blisters not a good sign. Aching is good that means you worked, pain isn’t, so protect those tootsies...

Check out whether your trainers are right for this, they take a lot of the heavy lifting from you and are worth investing in.

Good luck and mended feet for your next run

Congratulations! It always amazes me that we have to run on things that can be so delicate. My foot skin is like elephant leather so I don't suffer from blisters but I'm flat-footed and can suffer quite badly with post-run mechanical horribleness. Were it not for the fact that I desperately want to be a runner (and, coming up to W8R2, I think I'm going to get my wish) I would have given up after W1R1! 😊

Check this out.... make sure your shoes and socks are fine too...Take it very slow and very steady too...your feet are your best asset... they need to be in the right gear... make sure you don't run on injured and painful feet:)
