wasn't pretty towards the end of my run but I did it and feel so much better about it todat6.
Decided to completely change my route and went country rather than coastal. I am lucky enough to live in an area surrounded by sea and country.
Miss judged my distance and ended up doing a 10 minute walk back to the car πππ
First photo shows the long straight country lane that goes for 7 miles until you hit the next village (have walked it before), not the best to run on but pretty and no one going around. Second photo after run on way back to car ππ
Two days off before the big one.....
Onwards we go....... ππππ

I usually finish quite a-ways from home as I like the walk back home as it serves to stretch out tired, jittery legs and everything else, so you could factor in longer warm-ups and cool down walks I always enjoy them π
Well done Looby, and love that first pic of your route. Just finished "the big one" myself and am now off to find a corner to die in.... but you'll be fine, I'm sure
