After 9 weeks here I am, I graduated tonight. Never thought I had it in me and at times it was a hard slog, thinking my lungs were about to explode. On to Parkruns next with my daughter and then I'll think about 10K. Right now I can't stop smiling to myself... feeling great ! 🏃🏼‍♀️
