Yesterday I completed Week 8 with my last run of the week. Below are the stats not including warm up/cool down walks (for a change!) so this is a more accurate reflection of my distance and pace. It’s odd - I feel like I’m not going that much faster than walking at some stages but I just be!
Next week is Graduation week!!! Adding another two minutes on does seem a bit daunting but I think it’s because I need a couple of days rest before I get into it.
After completing C25K - what does everyone do? Is there a C210K? Keep repeating Week 9 for a bit? Suggestions and advice welcome!

I have done 5 runs since graduating. 3x5k and a couple shorter. I think for me its about getting comfortable with 33 to 35min runs then I'll start the next phase to 10k. its on this forum. Ive joined but not started yet.
good luck with wk 9 & well done on your progress & great pace in wk 8. I treated myself to some trainers after Graduating to help the motivation & show myself some commitment.
Great work doing 5 runs since graduating! Thanks for the advice, I’ll check out the form and FAQ’s once I’ve got this last week under my belt.
W9R1 done (will post stats shortly) so one down - two to go!
I’d love to treat myself to some trainers (and a phone harness, Bluetooth headphones and some new running gear) but COVID-19 has not been kind to my career/industry and I’ve fallen through all the support gaps - hence the running, it’s keeping me sane!
Sorry to hear that. Im a bit similar as lost 15 weeks to home schooling a 5 & 7 yr old. I run with an ipod shuffle - wired earphones but do have a Garmin watch thats helped the stats (up until this week) Im running tomorrow - hoping the trainers & cooler weather help me towards a new 5k time.
& running certainly aids thinking time & the odd endorphin hit.
